PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

Wastewater is fed into the screen by a pump or by gravity. The screenings areretained on the mesh and cleaning baskets, and the separated liquid flows bygravity down the bottom of the housing into the tank. The retained screenings are flushed out using high-pressure water. The rinsed debris enters the trough of the perforated spiral conveyor, and from there it goes outside the unit to the container.
