A very important part of the process of effective treatment of wastewater, both municipal and industrial, is the proper management of a large amount of sludge. It is important to ensure that the waste sludge can be used for agricultural purposes or in reclamation. Therefore, sludge should be subjected to hygienization. Sludge hygienization is a process of chemical stabilization and biological disintegration, occurring, among other things, after mixing sludge with quicklime or hydrated lime. PROFILTER-PROJEKT offers our Customers effective and troublefree lime hygienization, which is implemented on a hygienization line together with a quicklime storage silo. All elements of the line and silos are manufactured from high-grade materials to ensure durability during a long period of operation. The line also includes lime dispensers and mixers. We provide a wide range of belt conveyors and screw conveyors, as well as ready-made sets for small-scale hygienization using bagged hydrated lime.
