MS-MT TYPE SLUDGE MESHER

PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Into the sludge mesher, the dewatered sludge from the press is fed on one side and the lime, usually fed by a screw conveyor (burnt or hydrated), is fed on the other side. Inside the trough, with the help of two counter-rotating shafts, the sludge is mixed with lime. In the final part of the mixer, through the outlet hole made in the bottom of the trough, the mixed sludge goes to a conveyor or other transport device. We can regulate the speed and thus the output by means of an inverter or mechanically with the help of a variator reducer.
